I finally got down to reading the Yelp reviews about French Fries. I wish it would not have taken me so long. They were so good we could not wait until we got home to eat what came with my husband's sandwiches. I wish we would have bought a separate order for eating on the way home! People are not exaggerating about the fries! They are thin and cooked just right with a soft creamy middle. They have seasoning on them that I can't place, but I can't wait to eat them again. I ordered a Marv-Go, a sandwich without bread on either a potato or french fries. Of course, I chose the french fries with a chicken Philly; it was loaded. My husband had the 2 for $12 a hamburger and chicken sandwich. They were both excellent size sandwiches. Everything was delicious!! It was immaculate inside, and the gentleman working there was super nice. There is no place to eat, so you can order ahead online or by phone, or walk in. I can't wait to go back!
First visit in and I'm HOOKED. I got their salad and their Philly cheesesteak. Quick and friendly service. The Philly was everything you want: perfectly seasoned steak, delicious veggies, and a creamy, cheesy sauce. The salad is a work of art. Every bite from this place proves they know food and love what they do. Can't wait to return.
Yes, please do feed me sandwich kings. If there ever was such a thing as a hidden gem, this is it. On the corner of Main & Ohio, you'll miss it if you don't know where to look. It's small and unassuming, but has amazing and fresh sandwiches. I've yet to try anything from here that wasn't good. The bread is fresh and soft, and stuffed with an ample serving of freshly sautéed meat/cheese/veggies. They are totally okay with you customizing your sandwich too. No fuss. But the fries really steal the show. They are thin, crispy, and cooked and seasoned to perfection. Hint; call ahead to order for lunch if you're in a hurry. Also, they have very limited indoor seating. Outdoor seating in the warm months is nice though.
The guy who runs and operates Feed Me Sandwich Kings serves up one helluva delicious Philly-style sandwich. The beef he uses is more like a very tender brisket, which makes for a much juicier (and tastier!!) sandwich compared to a typical steak Philly. Prepared with a variety of sautéed peppers, onions, and a nice serving of melted cheese, the owner(?) of Feed Me Sandwich Kings makes one of the best Philly-style sandwiches I have ever had. I'm not sure about the other sandwiches on the menu (there's quite a few), but the Philly takes about ten minutes to make, so it's best to call ahead. The Philly comes with a good portion of thin-cut, crispy, delicious fries as well - all for around $8. Feed Me Sandwich Kings has quickly become one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat, and If you're in the Olde Towne East area, I absolutely recommend stopping by. I promise you won't be disappointed!
A sandwich is a sandwich at most places, sure you may settle for something fast and easy. Well, this spot you don't have to settle and everything is fast. Personally the flavors rival any sandwich spot I've ever had and I lived in Brooklyn for 10 years.. we got the Moo Nellie, Pastrami and Big Italian... they were all bangers. Don't sleep on this spot CBus. The owner is a seasoned pro and deserves all the praise and more. Get you hunger eliminated!!! Go eata sandwich!
